In this case a cancellation fee of your first night shall apply.<\/li>\n<li>If you have a refundable reservation and you fail to show up at our property on the day of your scheduled arrival, a no show fee applies equal to the rate that applies for the first night of your stay. Under this situation we also reserve the right to cancel your reservation completely.<\/li>\n<li>If you already paid your refundable reservation before cancelling, we will refund the paid amount in accordance with the cancellation fees.<\/li>\n<li>If you wish to modify your reservation, this is possible up to 24 hours before arrival and only for flexible bookings, if you modify your reservation less than 24 hours before arrival the costs for the first night will be charged, an additional fee may apply if the reservation is moved to dates with higher room rates, in case of lower room rates, the difference will not be refunded.<\/li>\n<li>In the event of incorrect rates or availability, obvious errors and mistakes (including misprints, mistypes and zero rates) are not binding.<\/li>\n<li>Pets are not allowed.<\/li>\n<li>Check-in starts at 1:00 PM, if you arrive earlier, you can leave your luggage with us or book an early checkin for a small fee (based on availability).<\/li>\n<li>Our check-out time is 11:00 , you are kindly requested to vacate your room on time, If you wish to have a late check-out this can be requested for a small fee with the reception staff on site (based upon availability).<\/li>\n<li>The city of Brussels charges a Tourist Tax of \u20ac 4,25 per night.<\/li>\n<li>Reservations of 5 or more rooms per night are subject to group cancellation fees and terms will be communicated to you in writing together with the reservation for your stay.<\/li>\n<li>A deposit of \u20ac85 will be requested upon arrival for any damage the room might take during the stay.
